Port 5001 is the client ip.
So I figured it must be a firewall issue.
I checked the esxi firewall and was able to access port 5001 from the outside ip.
The remote ip’s are in the same vlan.

The machine was part of a Active Directory group and the users used to log on to the remote machines were from the same group.
The group members were able to access the machines within the DMZ.
The requirement was changed to allow only the group members to login remotely.
This solved the problem.

Solar energy is a clean and efficient energy source. Most solar cells have the same two basic components, a substrate (a base substrate) and a photoactive layer (PAL), which is between the base substrate and a transparent coverplate. The PAL includes at least one dye to absorb light and a polymer binder to hold the dye in the PAL. The PAL is also known as a “photoactive layer” or “active layer.”
In a solar cell array, the base substrate comprises a conductive substrate or base material, such as copper, a nickel/chromium alloy, stainless steel, and aluminum. The base substrate may be coated with several layers, including at least one metal layer and a protective coating to protect the metal layer from the elements and/or other materials in the environment.
Solar cells are traditionally made using a screen printing process. The dye-laden PAL material is transferred to the substrate by screen printing or other suitable techniques. However, screen printing is a slow process and thus not economical. In addition, screen printing has a relatively high cost associated with the inks, screens, and other tooling needed to produce solar cells on a commercial basis.
The flexible transparent coverplate, usually made of glass, is attached to the base substrate using an adhesive material. When the transparent coverplate is attached to the base substrate, it is important to maintain an electrical connection between the base substrate and the transparent coverplate. If the electrical connection is lost, the solar cell becomes inoperable.

Use notepad to write down your changes to the file. When you are done with that, just save as backup file. Then you can write down next changes. Repeat steps until you have a text file containing all necessary lines.
In your case you have to remove one line (look below) and the second line you need to write instead

Brain MRI showed scattered hyperintensity in T2-weighted images (Figure 2) and FLAIR images in the frontal white matter and basal ganglia, the same region as the hyperintense signal lesions identified on the histopathological examination. The cerebellum, brainstem, and cerebral hemispheres showed no significant signal changes.
